Cancellation
Fees will be:
Under 24 hours notice: Full booking fee
Under 48 hours notice : Half booking fee
Large bookings of 5 or more people will need 72 hours notice
or Half booking fee will be taken
Your accommodation
booking amounts to a contract between you and the proprietor. This contract
can only be altered by mutual agreement whether the booking was made in writing
/ email or telephone. If there is no mutual agreement to the cancellation the
establishment is entiitled to compensation for its losses. The proprietor must
take all resonable steps to re-let the accommodation but can claim for loss
of revenue and expences such as advertising and telephone calls incurred in
trying to re-let.
